CWT Vortex Generated Heating Ovens

CWT ovens utilize a process where the exhausting port of the burner system causes the air to spin and "whirl" creating turbulence in the oven chamber (Vortex Generation). This swirling, constantly flowing heated air completely encapsulate the casting. This allows for a rapid, stable, and uniform temperature increase in a convection style manner. This can decrease the time required to heat a casting from four hours (with an inferior oven) to only 30-60 minutes with our oven. The digitally controlled burner systems ensure safe and repeatable thermal performance. Heavy gauge steel construction combined with 2100-degree refractory .material ensures years of trouble free efficient service.

VORTEX generated heat is the secret to quickly heating cast materials without causing excessive growth and deformation. Convection heat is by far the best way to heat cast material.

Our uniform heating process not only dries the part thoroughly, but also allows for the fastest recovery of heat when used for weld only applications.

The CWT 2332 Blasters offer outstanding distribution of shot due to our multi-axis blast patterns.

Clean cast aluminum and cast iron without damage, while cleaning hidden areas, as blind holes and water jackets are emptied of shot material during a programmed reversing cycle.

Heavy Duty Construction: The lid on our blasters feature double-wall roofing.

Axe SL-46 Glass Bead Cabinet

The SL-46 sports a split level design enabling parts to be loaded and un-loaded easily.

The cabinet has adjustable legs, a large 10” x 24” double strength viewing glass with dual 24” fluorescent lighting.

The SL-46 features a free air venturi concept that moves the free air over the light glass for continuous visibility inside the cabinet. This feature not only allows for great visibility but also reduces the need for replacement glass.

The heart of the SL-46 is the 450 cfm reclaimer that makes a big difference in speed and efficient cleaning. Media is cleaned on each pass by the reclaimer, broken beads, dust and fine particles are separated from the re-useable media and exhausted to the dust bag. Larger particles are trapped on the secondary filter screen and the round re-useable media is returned to the storage hopper. Dust bags are equipped with zippers for easy clean-out, and are powered by a ½ hp industrial blower.

Axe Agitating Tanks use a bullet-proof agitating system with heavy duty bearings for long hassle-free service. 

Agitating Tanks come in 4 standard models with capacities ranging from 100-350 gallons and custom models up to 1200 gallons.

All Tanks are designed with a V-bottom floor with grates 8" above the bottom, permitting easy clean-out.
