| Axe SW-20 Series "The Eliminator" | ||

This compact machine will accommodate most any light duty truck or passenger car application. Easy-access filter screen, a standard feature that traps left-behind gaskets, bolts, washers, springs, clips, and other commmon materials. A handy adjustable head rack comes as a standard feature for safely positioning cylinder heads and other components such as intake manifolds inside the spraychamber. When you are not using the rack head, simply remove the threaded rod from the turntable for other applications such as engine blocks. The Elimniator offers two sizes of built-in hot tanks. The OS Model has an option 12" x 24" hot tank basket while the HT Model offers a spacious 21" X 30" hot tank basket. This unique design offers additional cleaning features and it makes cleanout easier with its wide open reservoirs. |

The Dominator is built with a 28" diameter turntable and a full 40" verticle inside clearance, and allows for applications up to 1,000 pounds. It has 3 different hot tank sizes available. All SW-40 machines operate with pneumatic door clamps for smooth and safe door operations. Axe equipment has an automatic oiler installed and an air regulator to keep your clamps lasting for many years. |

The Ultimate is just right for engine rebuilders who offer both heavy duty and light duty services. The SW-50 spraychamber measures 50" vertically and has a 28" diameter turntable. Its standard fixturing include a double deck rack for cleaning two passenger car engine blocks per wash cycle. The SW-50 is available with 3 separate tank sizes. Standard Equipment includes a combination Crankshaft/Oil Pan Rack. Its easy. for crankshafts simply attach the square tubing guide into the turntable, slide adjustable crankshaft fork over tubing, place crankshaft into fixture. It will accommodate up to a 54" long Crankshaft. |

This giant of a machine comes equipped with a 36" diameter turntable and a long 60" vertical cleaning capacity tied together with a massive 2000 lb weight capacity. This combination makes it a front runner for heavy duty cleaning applications. As will all Axe spraywasher equipment, the Intimidator comes with a large 24" x 44" built-in hot tank. The Intimidator can handle a load up to 2,000 lb. load capacity with its beefy turntable together with the 4 outer bearing supports. |

The Fatboy offers a 32" verticle cleaning capacity with two separate styles of cleaning arrangements to choose from: once single 40" diameter turntable for large diameter components or four 20" diameter turntables that drive independently for cleaning multiple components such as cylinder heads, engine blocks, and cranksafts in one cycle. When turning heavy loads on the 2,000lb. capacity, 40" turntable, you can be confident that turntable rotations are completed easily by using outer cam follower supports on each corner. This exceptional feature keeps the table rotating evenly when heavy loads are positioned outside of center. Our handy rollout wheel feature allows you to simply turn he wheel to drive the work piece out of the spray chamber. It's fast, convenient, and safe. |
